Our products will reach you with the Atelier Minyon Certificate containing the stone information. You will find all the information about the jewelery you have purchased in this certificate issued in your name or the specified name.

Our products are covered by a lifetime warranty, and if there is any intervention other than Atelier Minyon or the points it directs, the warranty will expire. In the long term, costly operations such as repairs due to wear and tear and mounting changes are carried out for a fee.

     

The product you are using has a maintenance warranty once a year. The products you deliver to our stores personally or by cargo with the certificate will be maintained. Since this maintenance period will vary depending on the condition and features of the product, the necessary information will be given during your delivery.

     

The product that is not serviced within the recommended time intervals will be out of warranty after 2 years.
