For purchases made through our website, our customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days in accordance with the Distance Selling Agreement (Article 13) .

For returns and exchanges, you must email info@atelierminyon.com.tr with your order number.

The products for which return or exchange will be requested must not be within the scope of "products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised (article 14)" in the Distance Selling Agreement .

The product to be returned must be returned to us unused, undamaged and with all the goods in the package. Products that have undergone any damage or physical changes cannot be returned. Once the returned product reaches us, it will be examined and the refund process will be initiated.

The product purchased from our online site can be returned via our site. Provided that the warranty certificate sent with the product is presented, it can be exchanged in our stores within the required legal periods without a refund, provided that it is in the same product group with a product of equal value or more expensive.

If there is a withdrawal even though there is no defect in the product, it will be replaced within the specified period but no refund will be given.
