Atelier Minyon is responsible for your domestic orders until they are delivered to you free of charge and insured from the cargo company. For international orders, please contact info@atelierminyon.com.tr or +90 312 19 11 77 before placing your order.

 

If the products in our stock will not undergo any modification, they will be shipped until 14:00 on the same day. The preparation time for products that are not in stock is approximately 15 business days. You will be informed about this issue after your order. Since products that are out of stock will be remanufactured, there may be changes such as gold gram and stone color tone, and you will be given the necessary information during the manufacturing process.

When receiving your package from the courier within the scope of insured cargo, make sure that the cargo bag is not damaged and, if necessary, make a report and do not receive the cargo.

For your orders placed via money order, the order date will be the date on which the product price appears in our accounts. Orders that are not paid within three days will be cancelled.
